After Mumbai, one of the frontline cities located in the state of Maharashtra is Pune. Pune, of late has been gaining name and fame for itself due to recent advancements in the IT sector. Many IT sector are choosing Pune as their operational centre as it is boasts of many lucrative advantages compared to other metropolitan cities. Most importantly, rents in Pune are not as high as other cities in Maharashtra. Many working professionals come over here in Pune for a period of year and manage to crack a house rental deal easily.

The city is still in developing stage which ensures that the costs of real estate properties are on ground. Banks have come up with lucrative housing loan schemes which encourage new comer to the city to purchase a house. But due to many reasons major percentage of migrant population not wish to buy a home. This prospect is keeping the rental market active round the calendar. Many new ventures have come up expanding the boundaries of the city to a notable extent. The impressive fact is that the requirement is fulfilled even though the population keeps swelling every year. The IT boom ensured that many new ventures have started which solve any deficiency for a notable time from now. The real estate business is on upswing as a result of this.
